Work with the Faithful Feminist
When I rise, I rise for us all
There are several opportunities to engage/work with Jane in your organisation or business
Join one of the programmes
Jane is currently developing her 2026 programme of workshops and Sister Power circles.
In early 2026 I will be leading sisterhood circles called THE ASCEND COLLECTIVE.
The Ascend Collective is an intimate, high-level power circle designed for conscious women leaders seeking connection, challenge, and soul-nourishing growth beyond the boardroom.
Over 12 months, we’ll gather for powerful, facilitated female driven conversations, hot seat coaching, collective wisdom-sharing and accountability — all culminating in a luxury retreat designed to nourish, elevate, and empower.
This is an exclusive, invitation-only group with just 12 places available.
If it piqued your interest why not step up and put your name on the wait list today and when I have all the details confirmed, you will be the first to know.
Simply email Jane below with your Name, company sponsor (if your company may sponsor your place), email, location, and let me know ‘Why this, why now?’
Sovereign Leadership Workshops
Sovereign Leadership Workshop is a two-day event for female leaders to harness a female leadership style rooted in self-authority, personal integrity, and conscious choice.
The sovereign leader leads from within – not from external validation, outdated power structures, or performance-driven ego. She claims her space unapologetically, owns her wisdom, and leads with clarity, compassion, and courage.
It’s about leading yourself first, then leading others.
In 2026 I will be facilitating a two-day Sovereign Leadership course for women only. If this sounds interesting why not join the wait list and be the first to receive all the details when we are good to go?
Both of these programmes will be on offer from early 2026. To join the waiting list email jane@jane-kenyon.com

Engage Jane as a workshop or thinktank facilitator
I claim space with grace, walk in wisdom, and weave my words with intention.
Jane is well known as a person that calls it out and says what needs to be said. Often organisations are in need of some honest conversations about developing and implementing strategies to shift the dial on female recruitment, promotion and retention. If you are looking for a courageous, valid and experienced voice in this arena Jane is one of the top female champions around today.. She has supported a diverse range of organisations from Costain, Randstad, Enterprise Mobility, Pladis, Coop Food, Seddon Construction, Aviva and many more.
Testimonial
“Like most businesses we have lots of conversations around the gender agenda… and we are no different; albeit we are heavily male dominant sector so the conversations have been be more difficult for our women to navigate. But through working with Jane it turned out not to be.
As a strong female role model she was perfectly placed to openly discuss gender with our male leads, and she had all the answers and the statistics; telling stories and really getting the room to walk in someone else’s shoes. What does it really feel like to be a female working in construction? And why is it important that we think about this?
Jane has helped women in the business with their language and thought processes; giving them the confidence to call it out in ways that work for them, but also working with our men, supporting them not to see this as a challenge but as an opportunity – all men have females in their lives; family, friends and work colleagues.
As a legacy she has left us thinking “how is what I say or do perceived by others” - everything has an impact!! Being involved in her pioneering work with Girls Out Loud has made the deepest connection at Seddon, our Big Sister role models have had the opportunity not only to make a difference in a young girl’s life but to learn something about themselves, and value their voice more positively.”
Nicola Hodkinson, Director/Owner Seddon
