It is tough being the Mum of a teen girl today but be assured it is no easier being the teenage girl!
12 years ago Jane published her first book Superwoman Her Sell By Date Has Expired – time to Show Little Miss Perfect the Door. This book was a response to how women were drowning under the impossible expectations of ‘having it all’ Back then it felt urgent ,today as the second edition hits Amazon, it feels critical.
Despite all the conversation around empowerment, equality and progress women are more overwhelmed than ever….

Equity remains a myth and structural change is painfully slow as society reacts with a shrug!
This is the world our teenage girls are attempting to stay connected to, their landscape is brutal – littered with misogyny and incel culture, sexual exploitation and image-based abuse, an online world that feels real, poor mental health, and low aspirations
Do we understand each other or are we blind to each other’s challenges. Do we connect or clash?
We are both attempting to navigate the same space, so why does it feel like we are from different planets!
Jane is a woman who sounded the alarm before the world caught up; she is a truth teller for women in midlife and girls entering their formative years; she is the voice of experience and our conscience, cutting through the hype and creating real conversations that matter.
Very few people have over 3 decades of lived experience changing the lives of women and teenage girls. Her wisdom is unrivalled, so why not have some amazing Mum and daughter time with Jane as your guide., helping you to reconnect and re-energise your relationship and rock together!

The world has enough testosterone driven power, so we need to understand our soft power, our female wisdom and female energy dynamic. This is as key for how we attract and retain female talent and grow equitable, profitable and sustainable businesses and societies.
