A day about female empowerment, sisterhood and standing proud in your female energy. It is facilitated by one of the UK’s top female champions Jane Kenyon MBE
This full day event is not about encouraging you to become someone else. It is about remembering who you already are, in your full technicolour glory! You are not too loud, too emotional or too much.
Amplify is about listening and turning the volume up on your voice, your visibility and your values.
It is about being seen, being heard and harnessing your rebel vibe as opposed to your good girl vibe, the one where you channel little miss perfect and put everyone else first and hold everything together ALL the time. She has to go!
It is a day to press pause, exhale, connect with your wisdom, your courage, your self-belief and your authenticity.
Amplify is where comparison quietly leaves the room, where judgement gives way to compassion and where laughter and tears are never far away!
We are all meant to shine and when women gather with open hearts we remind each other of our strength, we borrow courage until we find our own and we celebrate and champion each other.
We rise as one.
This is an opportunity to come home to yourself and watch your daughter do the same, (if you feel that is appropriate). There is more that unites us today than ever before. We are both navigating stormy waters, but too often we are both blind to each other’s pain.
She may roll her eyes when you book her a ticket, but she will thank you on the journey home. Minium age 14.
Spend a fully immersive day in the company of some fabulous women and girls with Jane as your guide ensuring you have the conversations and connections that matter.
You will leave with a renewed sense of purpose, some new skills, some new sisters and a recognition that change and empowerment is personal.
Bringing your teenage daughter/niece or sister is strictly optional! This event is open to ALL women from age 14 upwards.
Jane’s message to your teenage daughters and connections
Jane has worked with teenage girls for over 15 years she knows they are a tough niche to engage, nor do they fully understand empowerment, so here is her message for you to share with the teenage girls in your life, to encourage them to come along and spend some time with other teenage girls as well as you!
This is something different. An inspiring and fun day hosted by Jane, a coach who has spent the past 16 years motivating and supporting teenage girls to be bold, brave and believe in themselves.
The day is packed with activities, conversations and a chance to meet other teen girls.
A day free from arguments about your bedroom, phone or homework
A day with other teen girls, laughing and sharing.
No awkward moments
No cringey ice-breakers
No being put on the spot
No boring talks
No therapy
No school vibes
Just music, laughter, honest conversations, confidence hacks and new friendships
No embarrassing Mum moments, no pressure, no judgement, just a day for you to discover how amazing you really are.

Join Jane for a day in her zone of genius. As the Superwoman Slayer! Helping us recognise that the superwoman leadership stye is sabotaging our right to a real, imperfect life; she is feeding our insecurities, she is damaging our self-belief and stifling our businesses, relationships and careers.
She is also fully immersed in male energy and our response to surviving and succeeding in male coded environments, but it is time to change this model.
The world has enough testosterone driven power, so we need to understand our soft power, our female wisdom and female energy dynamic. This is as key for how we attract and retain female talent and grow equitable, profitable and sustainable businesses and societies.
At the end of this day, you will have a renewed vision to step into your female power, your authentic power, your truth. You will recognise that going native and behaving like a man to climb the career ladder is old school, not sustainable and not serving us, we need let this go and embrace our natural flow.
This is the power dynamic missing from most female leadership programmes but the one that makes ALL the difference to profitability, ROI, talent attraction and retention and sustainability.
Harmony and balancing the male versus female energy dynamic creates a more equitable society and is not just a nice to have, it is essential for economic growth.
