Join Jane for a day in her zone of genius. As the Superwoman Slayer!  Helping us recognise that the superwoman leadership stye is sabotaging our right to a real, imperfect life; she is feeding our insecurities, she is damaging our self-belief and stifling our businesses, relationships and careers.

She is also fully immersed in male energy and our response to surviving and succeeding in male coded environments, but it is time to change this model.

The world has enough testosterone driven power, so we need to understand our soft power, our female wisdom and female energy dynamic.  This is as key for how we attract and retain female talent and grow equitable, profitable and sustainable businesses and societies.

At the end of this day, you will have a renewed vision to step into your female power, your authentic power, your truth. You will recognise that going native and behaving like a man to climb the career ladder is old school, not sustainable and not serving us, we need let this go and embrace our natural flow. 

This is the power dynamic missing from most female leadership programmes but the one that makes ALL the difference to profitability, ROI, talent attraction and retention and sustainability.

Harmony and balancing the male versus female energy dynamic creates a more equitable society and is not just a nice to have, it is essential for economic growth.
